FIRST ALLIED ACQUIRES: MURPHY CROSSING - DALLAS, TX

May 2005 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Murphy Crossing Shopping Center, located on Murphy Road in Plano, Texas.

Murphy Crossing is approximately 120,000 square feet, anchored by Albertson’s Grocery Store. Tenants include Blockbuster, McDonald’s, Subway, Pizza Inn, H&R Block, and The UPS Store.

Murphy Crossing is the second grocery anchored property purchased by First Allied in Dallas this month.
