FIRST ALLIED ACQUIRES: McDERMOTT COMMONS - DALLAS, TX
April 2005 - First Allied Corporation has purchased McDermott Commons Shopping Center, located at the intersection of McDermott Road and Custer Road in Allen, Texas.
McDermott Commons is anchored by Albertson’s Grocery Store. Tenants include GNC, Subway, H&R Block, Taco Bell, Wendy’s and Washington Mutual.
