FIRST ALLIED ACQUIRES: SPRINGBORO PLAZA - DAYTON, OH
March 2005 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Springboro Plazas, located on West Central Avenue near the Springboro Pike in Dayton, Ohio.
Springboro Plaza is anchored by Discount Drug Mart. Other tenants include Great Clips, Dairy Queen, Sherwin Williams and Quizno’s.
“This is our second acquisition in the Dayton market this month,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President. “Springboro Plaza represents exactly what we look for with a great line-up of tenants and strong household incomes in the area.”
