FIRST ALLIED ACQUIRES: CLEARVIEW PALMS - NEW ORLEANS, LA
December 2004 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Clearview Palms Shopping Center, located on Clearview Parkway just south of Interstate 10 in Metairie, Louisiana.
Clearview Palms includes tenants such as Blockbuster Video, Firestone, Subway, TCBY, Cingular Wireless, Smoothie King and Piccadilly Cafeteria.
“Clearview Palms is a great asset in a wonderful location. Most tenants have been operating at this location for over 10 years,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
