September 2004 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Garrison Ridge Shopping Center, located on Dallas Highway in Marietta, Georgia.

Garrison Ridge is anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement and includes tenants such as T-Mobile, CitiFinancial, Pizza Hut and Taco Mac.

“We continue to regard Atlanta as one of the strongest retail markets, and Garrison represents our continued interest in class ‘A’ real estate,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
