June 2004 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Pecan Creek Shopping Center, located on Southlake Boulevard in Southlake, TX.

Pecan Creek includes tenants such as Smoothie Factory, Farpointe Cellars and Southlake Minor Emergency Care.

"Southlake is a growing suburb of Dallas with one of the strongest household incomes in the Metroplex. We are always excited to acquire centers in this type of market," said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
