May 2004 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Woodside Village Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Denton Tap Road and Sandy Lake Road in Dallas, Texas.
Woodside Village is anchored by Albertson’s and includes tenants such as Goodyear, Allstate Insurance, Fantastic Sam’s, Leslie’s Poolmart and Postnet.
“Woodside Village is another great acquisition in the affluent North Dallas area. Anytime we can buy a center with this line-up of tenants in this type of neighborhood we certainly will,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
