March 2004 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Tower Square Shopping Center, located adjacent to the Eden Prairie Shopping Mall at the intersection of Highway 212 and Prairie Center Drive.
Tower Square is approximately 70,608 square feet and includes tenants such as Starbuck’s, Quizno’s, Wolf Camera, Pier 1 Imports and Cold Stone Creamery.
“We have had our eye on the Twin Cities for a while and are very thrilled to enter the market with the acquisition of Tower Square. This center exemplifies exactly what we are looking for with a great line-up of tenants, a busy intersection and strong demographics,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
