February 2001 - First Allied Corporation has purchased the Fairfax Junction shopping center. The shopping center is located at the intersection of Route 29 and Route 50 and contains approximately 75,000 square feet of GLA. Lead merchants include Office Depot, CVS, Washington Sport and Health and Pearle Vision.
