HEBRON HEIGHTS - DALLAS, TX

February 2004 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Hebron Heights Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Hebron Parkway and Old Denton Road in the North Dallas area.

Hebron Heights is approximately 59,429 square feet and is anchored by Gold’s Gym. Other tenants include ReMax, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins, Quizno’s, Fantastic Sam’s and Smoothie Factory.

“Hebron Heights adds another class ‘A’ shopping center to our portfolio in the Dallas market,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
