October 2003 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Voice Road Plaza for $30,500,000, located adjacent to the Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, NY.
Voice Road Plaza is approximately 131,452 square feet and is anchored by Staples and Big Lots. Other tenants include Dress Barn, Party City, Subway and Vitamin Shoppe.
