August 2003 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Schoolhouse Plaza for $3,595,000 in Cincinnait, OH. Schoolhouse Plaza is located at 10000 Montgomery Road, adjacent to the Indian Hill residential neighborhoods.
Schoolhouse Plaza is approximately 26,500 square feet and includes tenants like Huff Realty, Mailboxes Etc, Sports Investments and Washington Mutual.
“Schoolhouse Plaza is located in a great location in one of the most affluent areas of Cincinnati. This is our first acquisition in this market, and we look forward to buying more centers in the area,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
