May 2003 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Spring Valley Town Center for $13,200,000 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Spring Valley Town Center is located at the intersection of South Rainbow Boulevard and Flamingo Road.
Spring Valley Town Center is approximately 141,000 square feet and is anchored by Albertson’s and Rite Aid. Other tenants include 7-11, AT&T Wireless, Baja Fresh, GNC, Mailboxes Etc. and Wells Fargo.
“We are excited to have entered the Las Vegas market. Spring Valley is exactly what we seek in retail, including strong demographics, good infill and a variety of tenants. We expect to close a few more deals in the Las Vegas market by the end of the year,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
