April 2003 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Ulster Terrace Shopping Center for $6,250,000 in Denver, Colorado. Ulster Terrace is located on South Ulster Drive, just north of Belleview Avenue in an affluent area of Denver.
Tenants include AT&T Wireless, Panera Bread, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Basil Doc’s Italian Pizza.
“We couldn't be happier with this purchase. Ulster Terrace exhibits many of the characteristics that we seek in a center. We expect this purchase to be the first of many in the Denver market,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
