January 2003 - First Allied Corporation has purchased Frankford Crossing Shopping Center for $21,300,000 located off the Dallas North Tollway at Frankford Road in Dallas, TX.
Frankford Crossing is approximately 140,000 square feet and is anchored by Albertson’s. Other tenants include Starbuck’s, Baskin Robbins, Papa John’s Pizza, Super Cuts, Famous Footwear and Hollywood Video.
“Frankford Crossing is a grocery anchored center in an affluent suburb of North Dallas and is truly an institutional grade product. The visibility is great, and the tenant mix is a perfect match,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
