December 2002 - First Allied Corporation has purchased another shopping center in the state of Texas with its newest acquisition, Cityview Towne Crossing, located just off the exit of Interstate 20 on Bryant Irvin Road.
Cityview Towne Crossing is approximately 282,000 square feet and includes anchors such as Super Target, Babies "R" Us, and Staples. Other merchants include Starbuck’s Quizno’s, Petco and H& R Block.
“Cityview Towne Crossing exemplifies the definition of prime retail with average household incomes of $100,000, strong in-line rents, a high traffic count and great infill location. This is a unique center located on one of the busiest corners in Fort Worth,” said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
