October 2002 - First Allied Corporation has acquired Stonecrest Parc Shopping Center located at the entrance to the new Stonecrest Parc Mall. Stonecrest Parc North contains approximately 27,319 square feet of GLA and features all national tenants including Just For Feet, The Men's Wearhouse, Mattress Expo and Pearle Vision.
"We are continuing to establish a strong presence in the Atlanta retail market with our 3rd straight acquisition in less than 2 months. We have always recognized the strength of this area and plan on acquiring more shopping centers here," said Edward Glazer, First Allied President.
