August 2001 - First Allied Corporation has acquired Polo Towne Crossing in Plano, (Dallas) Texas. The shopping center is located at the Northeast Corner of Park Boulevard and the Dallas Tollway located adjacent to the brand new “Shops at Willow Bend Mall” anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus
Polo Towne Crossing is anchored by Super Target. Merchants include Mattress Firm, Starbucks, Verizon, Re/Max and The Men’s Warehouse.
